An eye examination is carried out by an optometrist and usually takes about 20-30 minutes. Sometimes it can take longer if you need extra tests. We believe that focus on patient care is the difference we provide, offering individualized services to fit each unique eye care need. We not only perform an exam, we let you know what we're doing and why it's important for your eye care

Have your child's vision checked before he or she enters first grade of school. OHIP covers one eye exam per year for children up to the age of 20, it is important to have your children's eyes checked every year.

For Adults, it is important to have your eyes checked every 2 years. Most vision plans cover an eye exam by an Optometrist every 2 years, or more often depending on your doctor's advice.

Seniors, OHIP covers an eye exam once a year for patients 65 and over
